Teaching
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that methodological competence is a prerequisite for modern citizenship. I aim to equip students with the “dual profile” needed for the digital age: a deep understanding of political challenges and the technical skills (R, CSS, Experiments) to investigate them.

Mentorship & Outreach
Hack Your Future
One of my core commitments is closing the gender gap in Computational Social Science.
I am the co-founder and organizer of “Hack Your Future,” a specialized Data Science Summer School for female students at the University of Cologne. * Goal: Empowering women to enter data science fields. * Impact: Provided hands-on training in R to female students. * Funding: Secured competitive internal funding (~€15,000) to support the program.
Educational Resources
- SAGE Research Methods: I was invited to produce an instructional video case study on “Experimental Research on Hate Speech,” widely used for methods training.
